We collect the following data: TikTok identification data (unique identifier, username, profile picture), public profile statistics (number of followers, views, likes), public video data (views, likes, comments, shares, duration, hashtags), connection data (IP address, browser, date and time of connection), analysis results and scores generated by our algorithm. This data is collected upon your authentication via TikTok and during each analysis performed.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes: provision of the TikTok profile analysis service, calculation and display of the virality score, generation of personalized advice, continuous improvement of our scoring algorithm, service-related communications (notifications, updates), compliance with our legal obligations. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the contract (provision of the service) and our legitimate interest (improvement of the service).
4. Data retention period
Your personal data is retained for the duration of your registration with the service. Analysis results are kept for 12 months. After deletion of your account, your data is erased within 30 days, with the exception of data we are required to retain for legal reasons (billing data retained for 10 years).
