Article 1 - Service description
Mediatartiflette is an online platform accessible at mediatartiflette.com that allows users to analyze their TikTok profile and obtain a virality score out of 20 points. The service analyzes public data available through the official TikTok API, in compliance with TikTok's terms of service.
Article 2 - Acceptance of terms
Use of the website and its services implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service. These Terms are accessible at all times on the website. The Provider reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through a notification on the website. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Article 3 - Registration and user account
Access to analysis services requires creating an account via TikTok authentication (OAuth 2.0). The user guarantees the accuracy of the information provided. Each user may create only one account. The Provider reserves the right to delete any account that violates these Terms without notice or compensation.
Article 4 - Use of the service
The user agrees to use the service in accordance with its intended purpose and these Terms. It is prohibited to use the service to analyze TikTok accounts belonging to third parties without their consent, to attempt to circumvent the service's technical limitations, to use robots or automated scripts to access the service, or to resell or redistribute analysis results for commercial purposes without authorization.
Article 5 - Intellectual property
All elements of the website (texts, graphics, software, analyses, algorithms, design) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution, even partial, without prior authorization from the Provider is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement.
Article 6 - Limitation of liability
The Provider makes every effort to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the service. However, the Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is". The Provider shall not be held liable for service interruptions, analysis errors related to incomplete TikTok data, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.
Article 7 - Data protection
The Provider collects and processes users' personal data in compliance with the GDPR and applicable data protection laws. Data collected includes TikTok profile information (username, public statistics), connection data and analysis results. Users have the right to access, rectify, delete and port their data.
Article 8 - Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be submitted to the competent French courts, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
